It solves various health operation and maintenance problems in the rotating equipment industry, and provides professional users with real-time monitoring, fault prediction, fault diagnosis and analysis, health management and other functions of rotating equipment; The product is composed of industrial IOT vibration sensor, industrial edge computing gateway and witcloud IOT cloud platform, providing customers with SaaS service cloud platform for fault prediction of various rotating equipment; The platform carries out data mining according to a large number of vibration data collected, forms professional equipment health diagnosis report and maintenance suggestions, and provides data interface function for users, so as to facilitate users to import rotating equipment status into intelligent factory operation and maintenance platform system.

                System Architecture

                  IoT high-frequency vibration sensor is used to collect vibration waveform samples and surface temperature of equipment to generate vibration characteristics of equipment. WTG9XXX edge computing gateway collects related machines' data to understand the load state of the motor in operation and the characteristics of the sensor, so as to realize the prediction of rotating equipment faults such as unbalanced, misaligned, loose, gear wear and bearing aging. Then the data and analysis results are uploaded to the WitCloud platform through MQTT System. SaaS cloud platform provides users with monitoring, management and other main operations. It also provides data interface function to facilitate users to import the standby state into the intelligent factory operation and maintenance platform system, which forms professional rotating machinery health diagnosis report and maintenance suggestions.
